This MAR pull-up bar can be used as a chin-up bar, sit-up bar and push up bar. Designed to use in exercise to tone and strengthen upper body muscles including back and biceps. Great for total body work out. Is quick and easy to install, has been designed to fit residential (framed) doorways 24” to 32” (45” with the extension bar) fixes to door frame without screws, bolts and fasteners.
